Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health issues, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an independent caseload, assessing individuals with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health issues, and learning disabilities.
  • Take specific responsibility for providing appropriate equipment, minor and major adaptations, and assistive technology, as well as planning and implementing reablement programs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and their family/carers.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the concept of personalization and self-directed support to enable citizens to live independent lives, exercising choice and control in decision-making, working in a reabling manner.

Working with Us:

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant at CRA GROUP LIMITED, you will work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable adults. You will be responsible for ordering and ensuring timely delivery of equipment from the Integrated Community Equipment Service, reviewing equipment provision with service users, and ensuring all needs have been met.
