The firm is in search of a skilled Systems Infrastructure Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our IT infrastructure remains robust, secure, and efficient. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, support teams, and a third-party managed service provider to maintain and enhance IT operations. This position presents a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to cutting-edge projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve physical hardware issues in partnership with the support team
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex hardware challenges
  • Facilitate the transition from Google to Microsoft SharePoint
  • Oversee access control systems and integrate CCTV solutions
  • Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems
  • Configure and oversee Meraki on-premises and cloud networks
  • Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders and senior management
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to address IT-related concerns
  • Deliver technical support and training to internal staff and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the third-party managed service provider to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure

Key Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure
  • Experience in network management, including Meraki and CCTV systems
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Knowledge of Access Control Systems

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and providing user support

Desirable Attributes:

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV and access control)
  • Experience in managed service environments is advantageous

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure. You should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a third-party managed service provider.
