- Location: High Wycombe
- Compensation: £12.15 per hour
- Schedule: 38.75 hours per week - rotating shifts every two weeks - Weekdays: 2.00pm, Evenings: 10.00pm
- Employment Type: Temporary leading to permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Handling goods using counterbalance and pivot fork lift trucks.
- Maintaining clear communication with team members.
- Overseeing the accurate dispatch of finished goods and the proper logging of incoming raw materials.
- Ensuring the workspace is clean and organized at the end of each shift, including sweeping and mopping.
- Keeping outdoor areas free from debris and maintaining cleanliness.
- Upholding a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Meeting company standards for quality and operational procedures.
- Driving improvements in site cleanliness and organization.
- Possessing valid pivot and counterbalance fork lift licenses.
