  • Location: High Wycombe
  • Compensation: £12.15 per hour
  • Schedule: 38.75 hours per week - rotating shifts every two weeks - Weekdays: 2.00pm, Evenings: 10.00pm
  • Employment Type: Temporary leading to permanent


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Handling goods using counterbalance and pivot fork lift trucks.
  • Maintaining clear communication with team members.
  • Overseeing the accurate dispatch of finished goods and the proper logging of incoming raw materials.
  • Ensuring the workspace is clean and organized at the end of each shift, including sweeping and mopping.
  • Keeping outdoor areas free from debris and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Upholding a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Meeting company standards for quality and operational procedures.
  • Driving improvements in site cleanliness and organization.
  • Possessing valid pivot and counterbalance fork lift licenses.
