Embly Fitter Opportunity

Are you a skilled Fitter looking to join a dynamic team in Gloucestershire? We have an exciting opportunity for an Embly Fitter to join our expanding team, working on prestigious aircraft models like the A320 and A330 family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and fit aircraft components using advanced equipment and techniques.
  • Work on a regularly rotating shift pattern, covering dayshifts and nightshifts with a premium shift payment.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Fitting experience from a previous role, ideally in an Aerospace or Automotive environment.
  • Completed Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Ability to follow technical drawings, specs, procedures, and test instructions.
  • Desire to learn and understand production flow lines and takt times.
