We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Kate+Co. The successful candidate will provide frontline advice and guidance to line managers on absence management practices, undertake absence management casework, and liaise with the College Health & Safety Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on absence management practices.
- Undertake absence management casework and act as the primary HR contact.
- Liaise closely with the College Health & Safety Manager on workstation assessments, Occupational Health recommendations, and return to work conversations.
- Support the College Wellbeing Strategy and assist with the development and delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Be the first point of contact and liaise with external providers and agencies as required.
- Experience of working in a HR related environment.
- Experience of administering company/statutory sickness schemes.
- Experience of administering company/statutory maternity and paternity schemes.
- Experience of using HR/Payroll systems.
- CIPD Level 3 Qualification or above.
- 37 hours per week.
- £26,000 to £28,000 per annum.
- Permanent position.
