Logistics Manager

MM Flowers is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing systems and processes to support our rapidly growing company.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and operations. You will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain, including in-bound logistics, 3rd party warehousing and fulfillment providers, and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, analyze, and communicate logistic activities to senior operations and planning teams
- Manage a team, including talent and performance management
- Partner with internal planning, commercial, operational, and technical colleagues to identify and leverage opportunities for advantaged performance and relationships
- Work with 3rd party logistics and fulfillment providers to ensure a market-leading service and customer experience
- Establish suitable providers of logistics services as we expand into other markets
