Logistics Manager

MM Flowers is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing systems and processes to support our rapidly growing company.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and operations. You will be responsible for managing the full supply chain, including in-bound logistics, 3rd party warehousing and fulfillment providers, and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
You will work closely with our senior operations and planning teams to ensure that our logistics activities stay in line with our business strategy and deliver world-class levels of operational performance. Additionally, you will support the Leadership Team to drive company operational performance and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute systems and processes to support our logistics operations
- Manage the full supply chain, including in-bound logistics, 3rd party warehousing and fulfillment providers
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Work closely with our senior operations and planning teams to ensure alignment with our business strategy
- Support the Leadership Team to drive company operational performance and capability
