Lettings Manager Opportunity

Collins Property Recruitment is working with a well-established, Surrey-based independent Estate Agency seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to lead their dynamic team and drive department growth. If you're a seasoned Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to advance your career or an experienced Manager eager to make a significant impact, this role offers tremendous potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and tenants, fostering a loyal client base.
  • Collaborate with the Company owners to promote the business and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market appraisals and actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Manage client communications and provide regular updates.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Negotiate offers with Landlords and Tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills:
  • Proven track record of generating new business and developing professional relationships.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong desire to build and develop the department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
  • A full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
Benefits and Packages:
  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000, plus a generous team commission structure.
  • Uncapped department commission, with an expected OTE of £65,000.
  • Potential to buy into or work towards a directorship role.
