The Role: Senior Database Engineer

We are seeking a world-class Database Administrator to ensure peak performance from the diverse range of databases used by our racing teams. As a DBA in MAP, you will be an expert in optimizing and managing key database technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems to support demanding applications.
  • Proactively monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for database security, integrity, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate databases into new and existing applications.
  • Stay abreast of emerging database technologies and trends.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex database systems.
  • Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques.
