At Home Instead, we're passionate about providing exceptional care and companionship to older adults in our local area. As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

About the Role

We're seeking kind and compassionate individuals who are ready to complete our FREE award-winning training and provide the best in-home care to vulnerable adults. As a Home Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and interests.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, such as home help and light housekeeping, personal care, and companionship. You'll also have the opportunity to take clients on trips around the local area and engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting from £12 per hour, and a refer a friend bonus scheme. You'll also receive paid travel time and mileage, as well as the opportunity to complete our FREE award-winning training. Our team is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way, and we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your role.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a driving licence and own transport. You'll also need to have the right to work in the UK and be able to commit to a regular schedule.
