This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable brand in the Orthopaedics sector, specializing in large joint replacement. The company is known for investing in staff training and development, providing a supportive environment for growth and success.

As a Clinical Orthopaedic Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training to surgical staff, from head of department to newly graduated ODPs. You will be the clinical subject expert for your employer across your territory, covering the lower Northwest area, including Manchester and Liverpool, as well as some areas further out.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent initial and ongoing training to surgical staff
  • Attending surgical procedures as requested by customers or the Area Sales Manager
  • Continually promoting products and building positive business relations with current and potential clients
  • Liaising with a diverse group of people across the NHS and Private hospital settings, as well as at Trade Shows and Events
