Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

Sonderwell Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for waking night support workers to provide care and support to adults and young people with various learning disabilities and support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, autism, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, and dementia.
  • Assisting with daily routines, household chores, and promoting independence.
  • Encouraging social activities, evening routines, and daily reports.
  • Supporting individuals to lead their lives as they choose, promoting independence and autonomy.
