Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer and Assessor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer and Assessor to deliver training and assessments to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Health and Social Care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and assessments to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork, and general administration.
Personal Qualities:
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
