The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the Homerun B.V. brand at our newly launching site, building a strong community of like-minded individuals who share our passion for sustainable living.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Community Engagement: Building relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, schools, and community groups.
- Site Maintenance: Ensuring the site is well-maintained, including tasks such as mowing, pruning, and watering decorative features.
- Customer Services: Providing excellent customer service, including welcoming new members to the community and answering on-site queries.
- Services for Growers: Completing services for growers, including edging, watering, and weeding.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years/seasons of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A driving license and car, with a willingness to travel to site.
- A bright, energetic, and optimistic attitude, with a passion for sustainable living.
