About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hull College Group. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training programs that meet the needs of our learners, employers, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and manage effective quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with academic staff, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated into all aspects of college operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that they remain effective and efficient.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their quality assurance roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Educated to degree level or an equivalent academic or professional qualification.
  • Experience: Significant experience of developing, implementing, and managing effective quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance regulatory frameworks and requirements, including Ofsted and QAA standards.
