We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Social Worker to lead our quality assurance and audit processes in Hull, supporting the delivery of high-quality and impactful practice across the Children Young People and Family Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support audit functions and other quality assurance processes to enhance our understanding and learning.
  • Support the improvement of practice, inform service development, and influence commissioning.
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance activity and processes.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in ensuring high-quality practice standards are developed and maintained.
  • Lead on the audit process across CYPFS, undertake audits, and dip sampling.
Requirements:
  • Experience in quality assurance and audit processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze practice and support learning.
  • Experience in managing a team or working collaboratively.
