Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
  • Ensuring the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of childcare and education.
  • Working closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
