About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool Centre of Excellence Rugby is a reputable and well-established childcare provider, committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Relief Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a relief basis.

About the Role

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and development of our children, including supporting parents with any special educational needs (SEN) or additional support needs (ASN). You will take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEN/ASN needs.
  • Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Have FUN
