What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Participation and Outreach Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community outreach programs, building relationships with local stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with local youth and families
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including community groups, schools, and local authorities
• Support the delivery of our services, including family support and counseling, education and training, and advocacy and campaigning
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to address poverty and disadvantage in our community
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in community outreach and engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting families and communities
