We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design FEA Engineer to join our client's thriving Design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects and tasks, developing innovative mechanical designs, and providing technical support to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering specific projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop feasible, cost-effective, and reliable mechanical designs from concept to production, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of innovative processes and products, driving business growth and success.
  • Mentor and train engineering associates, providing expert guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Provide technical support in accordance with internal specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
  • Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to products and systems or the causes of component failure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international sites, to meet customer requirements and drive business success.
Requirements
  • Must be an expert in FEA Analysis and Stress Calculations, with a strong working knowledge of industry codes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's degree in a similar field desirable.
  • 7+ years of practical engineering experience within manufacturing, with a strong understanding of CAD abilities and IT skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage own workload in a fast turnaround environment.
  • Strong customer focus, with a sound appreciation of current and future requirements of internal and external customers.
