About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional with a passion for connecting top talent with amazing opportunities. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in drafting job descriptions that reflect company values and objectives and align with the overall brand identity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and ensure recruitment efforts meet their needs.
- Oversee job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor), ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained.
- Screen applications and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability and shortlist those best suited for open positions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing updates on their application status and next steps.
- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days, to promote the company and attract talent.
- Headhunt passive candidates on LinkedIn to build and expand the company's talent pipeline.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing recruitment reports and delivering actionable analytics.
- 1 year minimum recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Willing to travel when required to attend industry events and recruitment fairs.
