About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our Communications team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our social media presence and engaging with job seekers, recruiters, and hiring managers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and curate high-quality content to drive awareness and engagement across Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee the management of our social media channels, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop a robust measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure our channels remain relevant and innovative.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop social media launch plans for new products and initiatives.
  • Engage with Online Community: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Develop Social Media Content: Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including storytelling and community management.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years' Experience in Social Media Management: Proven experience in managing social media channels and developing effective social media strategies.
  • Strong Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with our online community.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize content and strategy.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Management Tools: Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Spout.
