About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Postperson with Driving to join our team. As a Postperson, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the UK, using your own vehicle. You will be the face of Royal Mail in your community, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their mail and parcels on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers across the UK, using your own vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Work independently, managing your own route and schedule
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that mail and parcels are delivered on time
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own route and schedule
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers
  • Ability to lift and carry mail and parcels, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues
