Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Administrative Coordinator to join our Older People's Triage service within the Older Peoples Community Mental Health Services.

The ideal candidate will perform essential administrative functions to support the Older People's Triage Service, including proficiency in clinical systems such as e-referral service and Lorenzo. Applicants should exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage clinic operations in collaboration with Clinicians to ensure efficient referral processes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Knowledge

Essential

  • Advanced keyboard skills: RSA/OCR III or equivalent/Advanced ECDL
  • 3 or more GCSE/O levels, including English and Maths
