Accounts Payable Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Page Personnel Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing queries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send BACS payments and cheques, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of profit and loss accounts, providing financial insights and analysis.
  • Provide cover for accounts receivable duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other financial software, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £25,500 - £27,500 per annum.
