Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant - Premium Retirement Solutions

Location: London

Compensation: £50k per annum OTE £100k per annum

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate negotiations and finalize agreements for new residences.
  • Actively transform inquiries into viable sales prospects.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with potential clients, ensuring a superior purchasing experience.
  • Craft and present persuasive proposals to prospective customers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven success in high-end property sales.
  • Capability to identify opportunities, foster relationships, and follow a structured sales methodology and compliance standards.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business insight.
  • Customer-focused approach, with outstanding empathy, listening abilities, and needs assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
