Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Private Client Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join our Private Client department in Torquay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client care across a range of private client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake fee-earning work with specific responsibility for Wills, Estate Administration, Probates, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trust and Inheritance Tax Planning, and Trust administration.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of undertaking a broad sweep of private client work.
  • Ideally have 5 years+ PQE in private client work.
  • Have a sound understanding of the private client discipline.
  • Contribute to the future success of the private client team and the wider firm.
