About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Contract Manager to join our team at Lovell Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring quality and client satisfaction against project-specific KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple sites, quality, budgets, people, and targets set
  • Knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Health, and Safety, and Environmental legislation
  • MCIOB, commercially astute, customer-focused, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills, people management skills, and proven management and communication skills
