Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance
Location: North East England
Sector: Timber Frame
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in the North East of England. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects across the region. Your background working within the timber frame sector is essential, as you will be expected to liaise with clients on any technical issues and queries regarding the timber frame kits.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background within the timber frame sector, with experience in managing multiple sites across a region. You will possess excellent communication skills, able to communicate across all levels, and hold strong sub-contract management experience. A valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons certification is also required. You will be willing to travel across the North East region for sites.
