Achats Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in the North East of England. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sites across the North East region
- Liaise with clients on technical issues and queries regarding timber frame kits
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Develop and maintain strong sub-contract management relationships
- Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons certification
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the timber frame sector
- Strong background in managing multiple sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
