Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Full Time

MedicsPro Limited is seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGN) - Band 5 with recent NHS experience to join our team at Monnow Vale Health And Social Care Facility. We have opportunities for flexible extra shifts or full-time agency work, particularly for LONG DAYS ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and dispense medication safely and accurately, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  2. Provide clear guidance and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  3. Manage patient documentation and compile accurate medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  4. Perform routine procedures, including taking samples, monitoring vital signs such as pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures, and reporting any abnormalities to the relevant healthcare teams.
  5. Actively listen to patients to understand their needs and symptoms, providing empathetic and compassionate care.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, regularly evaluating their success and making adjustments as necessary.
