We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day running of our 45-bed nursing home in Newton Abbot.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure clinical compliance, medication management, and staff training are of the highest standard. You will also be responsible for developing clinical care and supporting the management of the home.
Key Responsibilities- Valid NMC PIN RGN or RMN
- Background in dementia care
- 3+ years of nursing home experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in medication management and assessments
