Job Title: Data Centre Operations Service Planner

Telehouse is seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Operations Service Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Data Centre Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating maintenance requests and workflows, as well as providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-level plans and maintenance schedules for activities across the data centre campus.
  • Monitor and track department projects, reporting on progress and highlighting risks and possible delays.
  • Support customer audits and provide evidence on maintenance activities and completed works.
  • Update daily FM shift attendance registers and highlight gaps in attendance.
  • Ensure the integrity of data held within the CAFM system is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • Review assets created on CAFM to ensure correct setup of contractual planned works for third-party sub-contractors and current FM provider.
  • Liaise with DC Ops team to review completed works and ensure smooth approval of monthly FM billing application.
  • Support the wider DC Ops team in processing orders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project planning/scheduling and reporting.
  • Experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Facilities Maintenance coordination role.
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in an ITIL environment.
  • Preferably experience in Asset Management.
  • Excellent planning skills.
