Data Centre Operations Service Planner

At AirSearch, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Centre Operations Service Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Operations Department, you'll play a vital role in coordinating maintenance requests and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft high-level maintenance schedules for activities across the data center campus.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting potential risks and delays to keep the Planning Manager informed.
  • Maintain the daily attendance register for the Facilities Management (FM) team, noting any gaps in attendance.
  • Audit the CAFM system to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data at all times.
  • Review both current and new assets in the CAFM system to ensure proper setup for third-party contractors.
  • Ensure that newly handed-over assets are accurately configured within the CAFM system, including naming conventions, locations, PPM frequency, and instruction sets.
  • Ensure timely receipt of service reports from third-party providers for scheduled maintenance tasks, tracking against the maintenance schedule.
  • Liaise with the DC Ops team to review completed work, facilitating smooth approval for monthly FM billing.
  • Support the wider DC Ops team in processing orders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the data center or telecommunications sectors.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Facilities Maintenance coordination role.
  • Knowledge or experience in an ITIL environment.
  • Preferably experience in Asset Management.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
