Company Description:

As a Welcomer, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our guests, making every interaction a memorable one.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Personalize each interaction with guests to ensure a unique experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure hotel quality and financial targets are met.
- Handle emails, phone inquiries, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Responsible for balancing banking transactions for the hotel.
- Ensure Novotel Standards are met and maintained.
- Competent in taking reservations, upselling where possible to maximize average room rates.
- Assist with Food and Beverage services as needed.
- Required to attend training sessions by the company during the day.
- Working hours include weekends and public holidays.
