Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our Warehouse and Supply Chain team at Oxford Biomedica. This is a 12-month maternity cover position that will play a critical role in overseeing the product supply chain operation from forecasting to obsoletion of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with account handlers and other departments to ensure accurate forecasts are maintained.
- Maintain system integrity, including part creation, units of measure, purchasing, and issuing pack size, to ensure timely transactions and successful MRP performance.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and annual stock checks, and take appropriate actions to address excess and obsolete stock levels.
- Ensure all requests for inventory are actioned on time and in full.
- Raise documentation within the Quality Management system to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Educated to GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Previous experience in materials management and supply chain administration.
- Computer literacy skills and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Good standard of communication, both written and oral, in English.
