Job Summary:

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including communal areas and toilets.
  • Touch Point Cleaning: Perform regular touch point cleaning to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety policies and legislation to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to peers and contract holders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally, you will have previous commercial cleaning experience and be competent in the works involved in the job role.
  • PVG: You must have or be able to pass a PVG check.
  • Independence: You will need to be able to work independently and unsupervised.

Package:

  • Salary: Competitive salary up to £12.82 per hour (paye).
  • Training and Support: Training and support will be available on site.
