Lead Cost Estimation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cost Estimation Specialist with extensive experience in main contractor projects. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise within a well-established organization.
Compensation Package:
- Salary Range: £75,000 - £85,000
- Additional Benefits: Car Allowance and Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and assess comprehensive cost estimates for various projects.
- Evaluate contractor proposals and engage in negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
- Generate detailed project estimates from initial conceptual designs to finalized plans.
- Compile a thorough basis of estimate report to accompany all estimates.
- Conduct complete tender evaluations to support decision-making processes.
- Implement cost planning and estimating strategies to optimize project budgets.
- Maintain and organize a robust cost estimating database for efficient access and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in main construction projects is highly desirable.
