We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations on all types of Commercial Insurance via the telephone, face-to-face, or in writing.
- Place cover when instructed, invite and confirm renewals, and deal with mid-term adjustments.
- Look after claims where appropriate.
- Handle client relationships end-to-end, working with Account Executives to meet business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven commercial insurance experience.
- Acturis quotation experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold effective conversations over the phone and work with IT systems on a daily basis.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time efficiently.
