Repairs Planner / Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our social housing repairs and maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calls on system and operatives' diaries
  • General administration and planning repairs and maintenance requests
  • Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure effective communication
  • Document control and tracking to completion
  • Work towards individual and client KPIs

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Experience of using repairs and maintenance software

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
  • A full-time, permanent position based in Walton-on-Thames
