Lead Print Services Specialist

Overview of the Role

As a Lead Print Services Specialist at Williams Lea Limited, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed financial services clientele. This position not only involves executing the responsibilities outlined below but also encompasses a leadership function, stepping in for the Team Leader as required.

The Lead Specialist is expected to maintain the precision of documented information, leveraging over three years of advanced customer service experience, prior supervisory experience of a team of three or more, and serving as a guiding example for the Print Services Associates.

Core Responsibilities

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of clients and the service desk. Client-Centric Focus: Prioritize and advocate for client satisfaction, striving to surpass expectations in every interaction. Serve as the primary representative for the service desk, consistently delivering exceptional service. Continuous Improvement: Aim for ongoing enhancement in service delivery, identifying opportunities to refine processes and exceed service level agreements. Collaborate with team members to exchange best practices and innovative solutions that foster a superior service environment. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns swiftly and effectively. Take ownership of intricate queries, demonstrating a commitment to providing thorough and effective solutions. Knowledge Development: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of client operations to establish the service desk as a Knowledge Hub. Stay updated on industry trends and client-specific needs to offer informed and insightful assistance. Technology Integration: Embrace technology as a facilitator for service enhancement, remaining informed about relevant tools and platforms. Identify opportunities to incorporate technological solutions to streamline operations and improve the overall service desk experience. Team Synergy: Promote a collaborative team atmosphere, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Share insights and feedback to contribute to a positive and constructive team culture. Commitment to Excellence: Uphold the responsibility of being a frontline representative of the service desk, consistently maintaining high standards of service excellence. Actively seek opportunities to exceed client needs and expectations.

Key Tasks:

Print Services Management: Oversee and assist with print services, ensuring accurate and timely document reproduction. Mail Management: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Supply Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels. Equipment Support: Provide assistance for office equipment and secure print services, resolving issues promptly. Software Guidance: Offer support on basic software applications to employees. Complex Issue Handling: Address complex queries and challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Quick Technical Support: Provide immediate assistance for minor technical issues. Database Oversight: Record and manage desk allocations within a centralized database. Engineering Queries: Log, track, and escalate queries related to engineering services. IT Resource Distribution: Manage the distribution of essential IT resources for employees. Service Request Management: Log, track, and escalate all service requests efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proficient knowledge of software applications. Ability to manage complex queries with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Proactive and accountable in task management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Previous supervisory experience of a team of three or more.
