Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Attend to the needs of guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
  • Resolve any complaints or issues quickly and efficiently
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing and responding to guest requests
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
