We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join our dedicated team as an Early Years Assessor. This role will play a key part in guiding apprentices through their qualifications and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and support learners working towards Early Years qualifications (Level 2, Level 3, and beyond).
- Conduct regular workplace visits to observe and evaluate learners' practical skills.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and tailored learning plans to ensure learners meet qualification standards.
- Maintain accurate records of learners' progress and assessments.
- Liaise with employers to ensure learners receive appropriate support in their roles.
- Ensure all assessments are carried out in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
- Recognised Assessor Qualification (such as A1, TAQA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in assessing Early Years qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher) and experience working within the Early Years sector.
