Job Title: Early Years Assessor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join our dedicated team as an Early Years Assessor. This role will play a key part in guiding apprentices through their qualifications and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and support learners working towards Early Years qualifications (Level 2, Level 3, and beyond).
  • Conduct regular workplace visits to observe and evaluate learners' practical skills.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and tailored learning plans to ensure learners meet qualification standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of learners' progress and assessments.
  • Liaise with employers to ensure learners receive appropriate support in their roles.
  • Ensure all assessments are carried out in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Assessor Qualification (such as A1, TAQA, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in assessing Early Years qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher) and experience working within the Early Years sector.
