About the Role
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or ticketing systems, resolving complex technical issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct proactive monitoring of client systems to identify and prevent technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services, staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Run diagnostics and troubleshoot complex technical issues, documenting resolutions and maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and provide recommendations to solve identified problems, ensuring continuous improvement of our services.
- Identify trends in technical issues and proactively recommend solutions to mitigate them, enhancing our clients' overall experience.
- Provide on-site support to clients as required, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Manage priority escalations in a customer-facing environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
About You
- 3rd line exposure on Mitel products, with extensive experience in MiVoice Business, MiContact Center, and other related technologies.
- Exceptional understanding of SIP signalling, capture and diagnosis, QOS tagging, and VoIP signalling.
- Experience with a range of tools and products, including Mitel, 3CX, Unify, NuPoint Messenger, MS Teams, and others.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-centric approach, with a focus on rapport and relationship building.
- Full clean driving license.
