We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Consultant Physician with a special interest in Stroke Medicine to join our team in North Cumbria. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) and play a key role in delivering high-quality stroke care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level clinical expertise in Stroke Medicine
  • Contribute to the development of our HASU and stroke service
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Participate in teaching and training activities to support the development of our staff

Person Specification
  • Valid Full Registration with the General Medical Council

  • Membership of the Royal College Physicians or equivalent
