About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Law Choice Recruitment. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs for employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a law firm.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
