Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full employee life-cycle, including recruitment, change management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in an advisory position, preferably in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
