About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Client Director to join our team at Caroola. As a leading group of brands specializing in umbrella payroll, CIS, accountancy, and tax services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with an external field account manager to manage and expand a portfolio of accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders within the accounts to grow the referring consultants' base.
  • Ensure high sales activity within your portfolio by working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
  • Nurture and engage your accounts to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with relevant regulations and legislation to add value and ensure compliance in client interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales environment, ideally as a BDM/account manager working with a portfolio of clients and winning new business.
  • Ability to execute a high volume of outbound sales phone activity.
  • Ability to focus on processes and experience with salesforce CRM.
