Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychology and neuropsychology services to individuals with suspected dementia and those living with dementia in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatry, nursing, and occupational therapy, to ensure the highest standards of care. You will be required to complete home visits and may be required to travel to different sites within CNWL for meetings.
We prioritize collaboration within our team and with our community partnerships, so we are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing consultation to non-psychologist colleagues and carers of service users, and working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the Teams' policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychology and neuropsychology services to individuals with suspected dementia and those living with dementia.

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, two or more distinct psychological therapies, and lifespan developmental psychology.Training in clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology.Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.Experience of older people with functional illness.-
