- Handling daily conference billing and addressing any queries regarding charges.
- Coordinating brochure requests and ensuring all client information is dispatched promptly.
- Maintaining organized files for confirmations and relevant documentation.
- Participating in weekly revenue and operations meetings, ensuring all figures are current.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads with the support of the Sales Manager.
- Addressing complaints in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Leading site inspections professionally and effectively.
- Being knowledgeable about sister hotels for potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Implementing the company's customer relations policy and communicating hotel services to guests.
- Maintaining high standards of personal presentation at all times.
- Engaging in training and personal development activities aimed at enhancing performance.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures for the department.
- Ensuring work areas are tidy and safe, reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
