As a Cluster Meeting & Events Sales Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating relevant systems with accurate information and generating reports to track progress and opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of function sheets to appropriate departments, with careful attention to detail.
  • Handling daily conference billing and addressing any queries regarding charges.
  • Coordinating brochure requests and ensuring all client information is dispatched promptly.
  • Maintaining organized files for confirmations and relevant documentation.
  • Participating in weekly revenue and operations meetings, ensuring all figures are current.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads with the support of the Sales Manager.
  • Addressing complaints in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Leading site inspections professionally and effectively.
  • Being knowledgeable about sister hotels for potential cross-selling opportunities.
  • Implementing the company's customer relations policy and communicating hotel services to guests.
  • Maintaining high standards of personal presentation at all times.
  • Engaging in training and personal development activities aimed at enhancing performance.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures for the department.
  • Ensuring work areas are tidy and safe, reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
